Muyang Pet Food Machinery was Used in Taiwan Xinyuan Group

On the morning of June 18th, the ceremony of new pet food plat of Taiwan Xinyuan Group was held in Qingpu, Shanghai with a total area of 10,000 square meters and annual production of 10,000 tons. The company had a laboratories with the space of 400 square meters on research and development, quality control and microbiology and it introduced Muyang advanced pet food production technology and feed machinery, including twin screw extruder, the third generation grinder mill, pet food mixer, vacuum coating system and other equipments. The production line was with the concept of health, delicacy and pabulum and the plant was designed and built entirely in accordance with EU standards with the partition of wet and dry.

The company adopted Muyang Third Generation "Chaoyue" Griner Mill during the grinding process, which could make the materials crush into better fineness and help pets do better absorption of nutrients. In the processing of mixing, it used Muyang patented Efficient Double Paddle Mixer to get unifrom and balanced nutrition, and in exrtudering process, Taiwan Xinyuan Group also adopted Muyang twin screw extruder with high production of high-fat and meat recipes. The inherent quality and appearance of extruded granules was better and ripening of the starch was more than 95%, the product cannot lost nutrients and, easy to digest and absorb and taste more authentic. The spray coating section used Muyang vacuum system which can simultaneously achieve fuel injection, spray and mix powder with inside and outside balance and fresh and delicious flavour.

The production line used advanced MyCOS computer control system and the humanization design could achiever man-machine interface dialogue. Computer automatic batching system, more precise control recipe proportions, quality was more secure. Performance and efficiency of the entire production line had reached the international advanced level.
