Muyang Perfect After-sales Service
Recently, in order to get real feedbacks from customers, solve the exsiting problems with best way and provide more efficient services, Muyang orgazied a team of high efficiency and service with Engineering Department, Research Department and Quality Inspection Department to start the "Face to face service" tour event.
Jiangsu Yanghe Brewery Wine Group Co., Ltd. had been company’s high-quality customer, and had long cooperative relationship with Muyang which was chosen as the first stop.
First, the service personnel came to observe the wine production base, and provided some solutions. They broke up the gear lever to adjust the flavor spread cool machine production lines, cleaned up gear lever sundry and improved the efficiency of the sharing cool machine, ensuring the normal operation of the rotary retort wine.
The next day, the team came to the company’s T4 production line base, changed the rotation speed reducer foot on steamer wine, transformed water pipes, and also repaired ribbon mixer door.
Finally, Muyang team arrived at the production base and provided some lessons on how to operate the machines. The whole scene were enthusiastically harmonious which made Yanghe’s more satisfied.
The service was a nice beginning for Muyang to start its after-sales service, and then Muyang would go to another companies to provide them with face-to-face service. It was believed that the new project would bring a brighter tomorrow for Muyang.
