Tips for Using and Operating Feed Machine

***The operators should know understand the machine structure, be familiar with the machine performance and operating method.

***Be sure to check each jointing position carefully before start-up and no any looseness is allowed.

***Check the rotor for its flexibility, there must be no jamming, collision or friction sounds.

***The machine can be started up only under a safe condition for both man and machine. The material can be fed only after idling for 2 to 3 minutes and the aspiration system shall work normally before feeding.

***Uniform feeding should be kept always in the production, without any sudden fluctuation in feeding amount so as to ensure that the motor works under a rated load.

***The machine must keep idling for 1 to 2 minutes after the work is over. The machine can be stopped only after all materials in it have been ground (crushed) and discharged.

***Stop the crusher to check immediately and find out the causes in case of serious vibration of the crusher during working, and then continue to operate after the failure has been eliminated.

***The temperature-rise of main shaft bearings should not be higher than 35℃(temperature-rise means the temperature rising based on the ambient temperature), and the highest temperature may not exceed 70℃ (ambient temperature is not higher than 40℃).

***The cleaning work and necessary inspection should be carried out when each shift has finished its work.
