PLWC Automatic Batching Scale System
Since 2012, Muyang made a great effort on research and development, concertrating on the rich knowledge and experience from European and Ameciran Institute to successfully lanched PLWC automatic scale system. The system had innovative design and advanced control system with advantages of high polish, low residue, high precision and intelligence.

The large platform of PLWC microbalance can alleviate the workload of materials handling and store more materials at one time, as well as the near storage areas could make it easier to move materials.
The system adopts the most advanced automatic control system concept, using upper and lower computer control, one machine achieves logic operation and the other performed the action. The two machines give full play to their respective advantages and make the down machine get off from the tedious logic operation, shortened scan cycle, significantly improving the efficiency of the system. Meanwhile, the design of upper machine could make the machine do better on PC data storage, management, analysis and other functions.
PLWC is based on NET Framework platform, using the latest Microsoft UI implementation techniques which were all developed by a team of experts.
PLWC micro scale is suitable for the enterprises with annual ouput of 50,000 ton, and has been applied in more than 40 well-known fodder plants. The PLWC micro scale has been shown on effectively improving the accuracy of dosing, minimal residual control of the equipment and cross-contamination, especially in the intensive and nd large-scale feed mills.
