1、Global Services, unified repair, rapid response: Once you sign in our website, find corresponding page and submit form of after-sales service, or call 400-870-6661, our staff will review, confirm and guide you about subsequent process as soon as possible.

2、7 × 10-hour working system: working time of reviewers is: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 12:00 am, 13:00 pm to 20:00 pm.

3、Hotline consultation: during warranty period, if you have after-sale problems, please call 400-870-6661, it is 7×12 hours.

5、After-sales processing period: normal period of maintenance is 30 days right after we receive your issue. In case of national holidays, repairing time will be extended accordingly.
