Non-stop Changing Dies

R160 uses the newest technology of non-stop changing dies, which effectively solves the problems of shutting down the extruder from having die plug and fiber on the blades, as well as the non-uniform pellets and low production rate. The R160 can increase production rate up to 20% and decrease up to 50% of raw material waste.

Zero-Waste Preconditioner

R160 applies RHP3600 high shear preconditioner, which has the features of zero waste, high shear, first in first out, adjustable preconditioning time, low coefficient of variation, high meat slurry/liquid addition and no steam leakage. With the zero-waste preconditioning technology, the scrap out of extruder can also be controlled under 30kg.

SME online control; high recipe adaptability  

R160 adopts the SME online control. The pellet bulk density, expansion rate can be adjusted online, which can control the pellet to be floating or sinking. In the meanwhile, R160 is agile enough for processing floating, sinking and slow sinking aquafeed. Not only can R160 process φ1.0mm die hole floating pellet, but also can deal with the φ0.8mm die hole sinking pellet.  

Highly auto control with intelligent modules

   R160 highly auto controlled with intelligent modules. Standard modules like auto feeding, one button pre-heat, one button preconditioning, one button start up, one button changing die, SME online control, one button shut down and one button flush. Thus to achieve highly auto controlled system.  

Vertical Pneumatic Convey system

Applies vertical pneumatic convey system to provide more operating space and easier operation process. Environmental friendly without pellet or steam leakage.

    Europe imported gearbox with high quality gears, bearings as well as combines with processing control technology. Configures with torque limiter to ensure steady and safe transmission.
